Colour exporting wrong from illustrator

I'm desperate for advice here, I've never experienced anything like this. The blue I am using for a project is being changed dramatically when I export to PNG and JPEG. I have trialled multiple blues aswell, and they all get muted.

I have tried working in both CMYK and RGB colour modes, changing my proof setup, changing assigned profile.

I've moved the muted JPEG to photoshop where I was able to change the proof setup to match Illustartor and was able to get the same colour, but when I export from photoshop its goes dull again, even when checking embed profile.

I'm losing my mind (and endless hours) over this. This is a screen -grab of the illustrator file and the JPEG export for comparrison. I would appreciate any help

Looks like your RGB working space is your monitor profile, which is not a good working space (nobody but you has that particular monitor RGB)..

Try to go to Edit > Color Settings and use one of the presets for your region.

It would be a good idea to turn on the warnings for missing/mismatched profiles.

After that you may want to Edit > Assign Profile and assign an sRGB profile to your document.

Ugggh the attached image has muted the illustrator image too. Must happen in compression, hopefully this pdf will upload with the correct colour

I am having the same issue, I followed the instruction for adjusting colour settings but it just muted the colours within the document instead of fixing the issue. The colours in the document are correct, when exporting to png they are muted. Same with when I drag them to my CC library, they appear correct in illustrator but when used in adobe express they are dull and muted.
