Colour Swatches

Hello, I have a question:

So Dulux Paints don't have paint swatches that you can download for illustrator. I don't want to make the swatches one by one. I have found a pdf (66 pages) with all the colour names and RGB break downs. How can I make this into a .ase file or into some sort of file I can import.

can you have the data in csv format? I might be able to generate the swatches with a script
