Colours change when I upload anything or swatch

Hi! Illustrator changes colours when I upload an image or I swatch a colour. Tried changing blending modes, tried changing RGB to CMYK and vice versa. But they even dont work. Nothing changes. I am desperate please help

What do you mean by 'upload'? Upload to where?

Changing from RGB to CMYK to RGB will only further ruin your colors.

You should probably dive into color management.

Learn it and then

set it up correctly.

Upload from where? Place, drag & drop? What do you mean by swatch a color? Specify a swatch, sample with the eyedropper?
