Would like to know if it is possible to find a plugin of "concepteur de forme " for an Illustrator CS4 old version bought on CD many years ago . Thank you for your help

Could you perhaps describe what that plugin did or do you have more information about it?

Anyway: if that manufacturer is out of business or the plugin discontinued, then it will be hard if not impossible to get that plugin. The only old and discontinued plugins I know that are still available, are these 2:
