Oi galera!
Tô usando o AI, e quando salvo uma paleta de cor ou símbolo, ou efeito que eu criei, ao fechar o AI ele não fica salvo. Eu perco tudo que criei. Está correto? Não deveria salvar minhas configurações?

Exactly where are saving the color palette & symbols? They will be saved in the file you created them in when you reopen that file.
If you want for them to be always available for all files you create look into Libraries & add to your swatches library.
Symbols are done similarly.
