contextsensitive change stroke/fill

It would be great when the switcher for the stroke/fill would change (when an object is selected) to foreground when an object has a stroke and no fill and vice versa (contextivity) to fill. Mostly, when an object has a stroke color, I want to change this and not the fill color. That would ease the handling within a workflow significant when working for hours.

Some people always want to change what's already there.

Others would love to be able to add something that's not there.
