reset settings, reinstall, install old versions, turn off..etc
The error is not resolved.

This seems like a GPU rendering issue. Would you mind performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://adobe.ly/4khop1k) and checking if it helps?

I think it's a different question after that
When I set the display magnification to 100%, there was an improvement.

The original setting is 3480x2160 - 200% (the monitor model is delu2723qe)
3480x2160 - When I switched to 100% magnification, the error disappeared, but it's an environment where I can only work at 200%..
After that, I changed the working environment to 2560x1440 - 100%, so there was no problem working..
