Please let me know which software help me to PDF to DXF conversion.

Open the PDF in Illustrator and export as Autocad or DXF file. It's however not a real Autocad file you will get, but only a bunch of lines. It can, however, be read in Autocad and be used as basis for modifications, in case you have old drawings that need to be modified but no access to the original Autocad file.
