The thing is i need to include it in a portrait that will be cut by cnc machine , as i need the outlines of the picture to be all connected , including every detail of the face in the picture attached for example , so the cnc machine can move over every connected outline in one cut .
As'm taking the portrait to place it in the Adobe photoshop and then :
1. Duplicate portrait layers.
2.Make a new layer.
3.Transfer to black and white ,and adjusting levels curve .
4. Then place it on Adobe Illustrator , trace it to black & white ,and trying to adjust it from the settings for tracing ,and the details not shown perfectly as picture attached also .
5.Then after testing the picture on Illustrator , all of the details is not showing in the proper way , and the CNC machine will cut most of the details .
Sincerely, i need the steps to be shown as the picture attached .
Thank you so much , In Advance .
Kind regards ,
Mohammed Hamza .

Mohamed,
You can do it as kglad said, being careful with the Image Trace settings, not least Strokes,
https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/image-trace.html
or you can trace with the Pen Tool.
My guess is that you wish to just trace the outer shape, shown pale.

Thank you so much for the reply ,
I'm making it trhough the pen tool , i just need to know a faster way on Illustrator , regardless the pen tool , or if you have another opinion also , it'll be great .

For my part you are welcome, Mohamed.
Have you tried the settings/options linked to, especially the Stroke, which I presume is the key to the CNC cutting?
You can always set the right Stroke properties (colour/Stroke Weight) after expanding the Image Trace and removing the unwanted inner parts.
