I converted all the colors i used to CMYK, but when I read the package report it lists only spot colors and PANTONE (Lab)

Is there a way to convert all the colors to CMYK all at once? or do i have to recreate all the colors manually?

Whether or not this gives an at least halfway correct result depends on correctly set up color management. If you do not print spot colors, then do not use them in your design. Get a printed CMYK color swatch book to select colors.

Sorry for the German interface. What you are seeing is the swatches panel.

It is not enough to convert Lab to CMYK, you must also set the Color Type from Spot to Process Color.
