Copy Paste strange behavior

We are 2 users (2 different Adobe ID) when in Illustrator, sometimes if user 1 copies something and then user 2 does a paste it will paste what was copied by user 1.

Anybody with a solution / explanation?

Are they using the same computer? Otherwise I have no idea. Clipboards are specific to a system.

Does this happen in other software?

Different computer, and didn't happen in other apps (not that we have noticed.)

Are you working off of a server?

What is your OS?

Are you using multiple monitors?

Using plugins?

I don't know how this could be happening, but the more information you provide about your setup, the better chance someone will see a hint.

Yes working off a Synology NAS

OSX Big Sure and OSX Monterey

Both Mac have multiple monitors

No plugin

Seems to be very intermitent, ??

Assuming you're working either off a server or cloud, but don't work on the same doc at the same time?
