Corrupted file due Roughen effect

Has anyone here presented this problem? It started from nothing, I have the latest version of Illustrator installed. I tried searching for the "ú¨J6 ()" plugin but couldn't find anything.

I use this file almost every day, the funny thing is that I don't have any plugin installed. The only "effect" I use is Roughen from the default library.

If I try to move an object with the Roughen effect, the following message appears...

I could just simply rasterize every object with the Roughen effect, which kinds of patch the problem, but that is far from ideal. This archive has a lot of information that I don't want to lose or rework again from scratch.

Can you still open the file?

How long are those paths?

Can you expand the appearance? This will not rasterzie them, but the effects won't be live anymore. How many points does that generate?
