I download Illustrator 2018  and  it's show crash report for illustrator and I can't create new...please help me

I updated already my window7.

Illustrator 2018 . It's not work  before and after I update My Window.

I think it depends on the version of Illustrator.  You can always download an older copy of Illustrator if the newer version does not work with your operating system.

Even for me, your computer may not be able to process the new functions, but you can use an older version of Illustrator as my colleague said.

It's at the bottom end, but should at least work.

3GHz is not that much and an i7 would surely be better also 4 GB RAM is not that much, but it should launch.

We will see if the older version works, but there might be several other reasons (including a failed installation, preferences issues, conflicting pieces of software/plugins/system, missing printer, harddrive issues, privileges issues ...)
