Hi

After many problems with Illustrator crashing (randomely, any files) and none competent help from adobe I fixed my problem finding a solution here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hR_IEoJ_zK8

Normally AI sees two card onboard but always choosed to work on integrated one (in my case). There is no option to swich it in AI and none such option in AMD Adrenaline. It has to be done in Windows.

Settings>System>Display>Graphic settings

There You have to choose "desktop app", manually find Adobe programs and set it to high performance.

Hello @woj218250944abc,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing this solution. This does help with computers having more than 1 GPU. There is a detailed step-by-step guide for setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator here: (https://adobe.ly/41lcUwQ).
You may also try performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) to alleviate problems with GPU drivers.

Feel free to reach out if you have more questions or need assistance. We'd be happy to help.

Thanks,
Anubhav
