Hello, need some help here.

I always create outlines(type-create outlines) for printing so I am used to do it.

I did everything same as before but this time a warning sign poped up like below.

"Can't finish previewing. Could not complete the requested operation"

What did I do wrong? How can I finish my work?

Please help me.

Hello @citronyuzu,

Sorry to hear about this experience. I would request you to try pressing the (Ctrl+E) keys for Windows or the (Cmd+E) keys for macOS and then check if it works.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Anubhav

Thanks for helping me!! Such a nice guy.

I did what you told me and creating outlines are working! Yeah

But the screen is still white(it became white when the pop up showed.).

Do you know how to go back to normal screen?

And thanks again for helping me.

It's me again,

I checked it again, and creating outline was working just fine before

but the problem is that I cannot press the (ctrl+e) keys.

(I am Korean btw, but with this picture I suppose you can check the ctrl+e key is slightly greayish than others.)

What can I do?

Did you possibly turn off GPU here? I believe that might grey out the GPU preview option CTRL E.
