Can you perhaps make screenshots and write it in a forum post with embedded images?
You can use the forum's web interface to do it.
It's impossible to get back to a paragraph in that video.

Tu as peut-être un masque d'écrêtage d'appliquer sur ton texte.
Si se n'est pas un masque d'écrêtage:
Avec l'outil de Sélection direct, sélectionne un coin de ta zone de texte et regarde si tu n'aurais pas un couleur en transparence d'appliquer sur celui-ci.
Si se n'est toujours pas résolu:
Tu peux tenter de contourner se problème en convertissant ta zone texte en textre de pointe (menu texte -> convertir texte de pointe) puis si tu veux avoir un fond ou un contour simplement en créer un avec l'outil Rectangle.
Si non, une autre option qui serait a tester serait de simplement supprimer le rectangle a l'arrière de ton texte avec l'outil de Sélection direct puis d'appliquer a nouveau la couleur sur le texte.

Since the fill is on the object, and it is a text area then the "object" will be the text area.
If you Expand appearance first and then create outlines then you get the correct result. (You could also Expand Appearance and then Expand, if you Expand and have only a text selected it will Create Outlines)
The other option is to convert the text from Area Text to Point text (Doubble click the round adornment) If the text is Point text then you can create outlines (There is no Area to hijack the fill)
