Duplicate all the shapes that make up the box.

With all shapes in the duplicate selected, Pathfinder > Unite.

Select the Free-Transform tool.

Pull the center top handle down and in the direction you want the shadow to go.

Fill the shadow with a gradient that goes from dark to light.

Arrange the shadow underneath the box and in the Transparency panel change the blend mode to Multiply.

Yosef,

You may also just use the Pen Tool (Clicking) to draw the shadow as you like it, starting/ending on one corner/side of the box (you only need to draw the visible part, and you may leave it open (or close it by Ctrl/Cmd+J), then Ctrl/Cmd+X+B to put it behind the box, then give it a full (black) colour (hard shadow as from the moon or other similar source) or a gradient (soft shadow from more diffuse source(s)) as desired.
