Hi,
I need help as I cannot create a new document anymore. Whenever I click new and then select the preset I want or create a new one, it looks as if it's working, then it crashes and I get the message. AI is up to date so I have no idea why it keeps crashing.
How do I contact someone from adobe to get some help? I'm getting tired of having it crash every week and not being able to work on it properly.
