Hi All,

My current version of Illy is 28 but should be 28.5

Creative Cloud says Illy is up to date.

How do I fix?

Thanks

Mike

Did you try logging out of the CC app, restart your machine and log in again?

There is a Quit Creative Cloud, but restarting should do it.

Hello @default0s6pjpzu9761,

Sorry to hear about your experience. I hope Ton's suggestions helped resolve the problem. If not, kindly try the following steps to see if it helps:

  • Close all Adobe applications
  • Remove the Creative Cloud Desktop application, CCLibrary, and CoreSync using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (https://adobe.ly/4bNHvrc)
  • Reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application (https://adobe.ly/3yQ8Ies)
  • Relaunch Illustrator

Looking forward to hearing from you.
