Hi all,

I have never had this happen before but today, every time I save my files from AI to pdf files and set crop marks and bleeds, they don't show up in Acrobat. Please help!! I've updated all apps and am using the latest versions of everything.

Do you overwrite existing files?

If so, does that also happen when you save them with a new name?

Ha! I had this exact problem, and it was fixed by saving it with a new name instead of overwriting it.  Thanks for the solution!
