I work with ipad and macbook at the same time, however I notice that it takes a long time for the files to sync, even with a good internet connection.

Something like 5 minutes for a simple .AI file, it impacts my workflow a lot.
I believe that. It sometimes takes some time in my files as well.
Your Cloud account has sufficient space?
Are perhaps firewalls running that prevent things from accessing your computers?
Did you try logging out and then logging into your account again on both devices?
