Diagram: Issues with applying Design to show values next to the bars

I have about 20 Diagrams of the same type and want to "automate" the process since I have to put in new data every month.

I want to display the values of the bars next to them and I tried it with applying designs but the bars are not the correct length, also when the bar is very short it gets really messed up, how can I fix this?
