Directional keys not working in Ai

I don't know if I pressed something in Illustrator but my Apple keyboard directional keys are suddenly not working. I switched out keyboards and the directional keys don't work. They still work in iD. Can anyone offer help?

What value is in the keyboard increment in the Preferences > General

Oh, gosh!  I'm not sure I can find that info. I looked in preferences under General and then under Keyboard. I'm going to keep looking for that info.
