When creating a PDF from AI, the doc dmensions (8.5 x 14) is larger in the PDF version. Why is this and how can I correct ot?

I see that that the Bleed Box was at .333, but what were the Art and Trim numbers? Yes, you've been a big help. We haven't had this issue before so there's a big learning curve here Thanks again.
