Does Illustrator have a capability to trap this?

If I have a shape similar to this but more intricate, can illustrtaor create a trap by spliting the distance on the Black area?

Illustrator does have a trapping feature see: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/trapping.html.

I have tried it, it is for even spreading or choking , it does not do veriables.

Not sure why you are trying to accomplish this. As a prepress person, I see no need to do traps in such a matter. Can you elaborate?
