Dropbox share link appeared to be deleted after save with adobe programs

I have been using dropbox for a long time to share my files.

After I share a link to the file, I can just edit that file, hit save and the people who has the link can just see the newly saved version on the same link if/when they refresh their browser.

Now everytime I click save on any adobe apps (Photoshop, illustrator, indesign etc) the dropbox link is saying the file has been deleted.

This only happen recently and it doesn't happen with the files that are saved outside adobe apps.

For example, the link I share for powerpoint or microsoft word files work just fine after saved.

I was wondering if there are any settings that can stop adobe app from creating a new file everytime it is saved? This is really strange because I haven't changed any settings. Everything was working fine one day and just didn't the next day.

Thank you in advance for any help!

Are you using the most recent versions of Adobe apps and the Dropbox app?

Is there any notice on the Dropbox site about this?

In order to alert the Illustrator developers, please post it to: https://illustrator.uservoice.com and mention the versions of all the software involved in this.

Yes, I'm using the most recent versions of Adobe apps and Dropbox app.

I've been back and forth with Dropbox support for the last 5 days and they came to a conclusion that since it still works with microsoft office file and other files outside of Adobe, the issues can't be fixed by Dropbox.
