Could you please give a more detailed description? What are the bugs? Maybe you can show a screenshot?

This creates lines that are not aligned, and words and letters get mixed up, leaving strange symbols added to the text.

Would you mind sharing some more details, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator, a public link to a sample file after uploading it to Dropbox/Google Drive/etc., and a screen recording of the problem (https://adobe.ly/3Sk1INg), so we can investigate this further?

I can't share the documents because it is confidential.  

The problem apears in any pdf document in Hebrew or Hebrew with another language.

If it appears in any document, then probably you can create a test document and share that.
