Edited changes not saving.

Hi everyone,

I've just downloaded the latest version (26.0.3) and I'm having trouble saving the changes I've made to an image. I tried saving it as SVG so I could upload it on Canva but the image remains in its original format without the filters I applied to it in Illustrator. I've tried several times but the edited changes won't save. Any tips would be much appreciated!

Thank you. I found a solution to the the issue. I export the images now.

Exactly what did you save?

You could try and disable "Save in background" in the preferences. This usually fixes weird saving errors.

But then also Canva could be the cause of the issue. Does the file still look OK when you open it in Illustrator or your browser?

Canva definitely wasn't the issue. Illustrator simply wasn't saving my
edited images for whatever reason. However, I found a solution. I export
the images, works perfectly! Thanks for your suggestions though, I
appreciate it.
