Is there some way to make it editable?
You could ask the designer to do it. If you do not like it, then tell them.

Also the title of the page is in Ananda bllack font.
Great font, but is there something I can do to it to make it more decorative? maybe 3D? or shadowing?

I have to agree with @Monika Gause on everything they said. Your designer who created this webpage mockup created the file for you @Slime Shady and instead of you doing the changes, they had set-it-up that any changes needed to be done should be done through them. Pay the small price to get the designer to do the changes done correctly.

If you can show something and tell us precisely what you want, then probably you can get instructions what to do.
