Utilizo el AI del paquete en la nube y no trae ninguna biblioteca cargada, ni pinceles, ni colores. ninguna

Necesito al menos las bibliotecas de Pantone.

To access the Pantone libraries, in the Swatches panel, go to the panel menu in the upper right to Open Swatch Library > Color Books. You'll find several Pantone+ color libraries there. Here's more information on Pantone colors in Illustrator:

If you don't have anything loaded with Illustrator, I would do a re-install. Default brushes, colors, etc., should be loading with it.
