Elements are missing/ disappearing in my Illustration from my Illustrator file!!!

So i'm doing several illustrations from my city and in the illustrations there are elements that are disappearing, like the grades on the windows, the colors of the shoes changed to the color of the hair, but mostly is elements disappearing from my Illustrations, something out of the place too, at first i thought it was me who missed this and that but now i can tell you this for a fact, i was working on my second similiar window and the first one was empty just like that, as i was working.

Thank you for answering, i already received help from the Adobe Technical Department, objects don't go missing anymore but the program, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat keep crashing, they told me to save the file often and keep copies and also to reduce the amount of artboards or works per file! Maybe the works (Pdfs) are too heavy, i don't know...

Thank you so much for your help and concerne, i'm kinda new in here so apologies for the delay!

I've also noticed that in one particular work the colors in my Pdf Adobe Acrobat saved file are way too much vivid and i dont know why, i saved it with the best quality for print like i always do, when i put it in my older macbook pro computer the colors are normal, some very strange things happening in my new macbook pro in terms of work and it's quality, i also used to take screenshots of my desktop on my older computer and they looked fine, now, when i do the same in this new computer and upload them to my website the colors are fainted and blur...

I've already uninstalled Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat and installed agian.
