As you can see the first image was the file being opened in my laptop while the 2nd image was the way it turn out when loaded in supplier's printing PC. I am not sure what is the issue here and could not find a solution to it. Have tried reposition and rearrange the file but still behaves like that.

I have updated to the latest Illustrator so that should not be an issue. Saved in CC Legacy or CS6 mode will have the same result.

What kind of image is that? RGB, nothing special? Or are there spot colors and whatnot in it?

Is the image embedded in the file? Or linked?

Can the supplier open that image in Photoshop?

They have an older version of Illustrator, right?

Why do they need to do that at all? Print suppliers should print from a PDF and that's it. THat's what PDF is there for.
