Hi,

I am embedding some jpegs on a layer in illustrator.

In a second layer I have arrows and text pointing to parts of the drawing.

All jpegs are embedded.

Problem.....

My client opens the file and the jpegs have reduced in size (80-90% of the original size) causing obvious problems with the annotated layer of text and arrows.

Is there a way around this, why should the embedded jpegs reduce in size from Mac to PC?

They open at the correct size on my MAC.

Thanks.

What type of file do you send to the client? AI, PDF, PNG, web site, ...?

What exact app does the client use to read the file?
