Encaixe na grade

Bom dia, tudo bem?
Estou enfrentando uma série de bugs no Illustrator com aquele auxílio roxinho que indicava quando algo está encaixando à grade ou grudando entre objetos. Uso muito esse guia para ajustar o Kerning das fontes e alinhar logotipos nos seus devidos Grids. Quando isso ocorre, geralmente eu vou no caminho EXIBIR>ENCAIXAR NO PONTO; AJUSTAR AO GLIFO e confiro se essas opções estão marcadas. O mais curioso é que elas estão marcadas, porém na pratica esse guia não aparece ainda.
Vocês poderiam me ajudar com isso?
