enregistrement impossible sous illustrator

depuis aujourd'hui mon travail n'a pas été sauvegardé de toute la journée. Je ne m'en suis pas aperçu tout de suite et j'ai continué à enregistrer normalement. Mais j'ai constaté que tout le travail d'aujourd'hui avait disparu.

Aidez-moi s'il vous plaît je dois terminer ce travail ce week-end.

I tried "save", as i always do to be safe and i tryed "save as" with an other title. the new file with the new name is created but the text i wrote on the new file is not there anymore.

I decided to desinstall Illustrator but nothing changed. 

I really worried as i need to finish and i lost all the day without knowing.

it's strange because my computer is brand new. And i tryed from my old computer and the same thing happened. 

What is more strange is that the only thing i can save is block of colors that i put on my work to test. It doesn't work with text...

Moreover there is no error message, no crash. My work is a very large table with lots of figures, and it takes some times to copy the numbers several times, so I imagined that it's heavy but not at all it's just 8 mo !!!??? So I am lost...

I did "save" all the day and when I saw the problem I tried "save as" with a new name. It's saved on my computer and on the cloud.

Is "Save in background" on or off in the Illustrator preferences?

This setting can cause difficulties in the saving process.

Do you have font management?

Are all the fonts OK?

What kind of font is it? A PostScript T1 font?

Earlier I saw "save in background" on. In fact I did no special settings so it's native settings. the fonts seems ok. i use the font illustrator gave me, nothing special.

And now Illustrator doesn't work anymore.

Est-ce que ça peut être une limitation de texte dans illustartor ? Est-ce que j'ai trop de texte et du coup ça n'enregistre plus ? J'ai vraiment beaucoup de chiffre d'inscrit sur une vingtaine de calques différents et je me demande si c'est limité dans Illustrator  ? Car sinon le poids est seulement de 9 mo...

A lot of text is not an issue. Otherwise packaging design would not be possible.

Currently I have trouble understanding exactly what you saved exactly where or exactly what is not working for you. Or if you have font management (such as Suitcase or the like).

je travaille sur un grand tableau avec beaucoup de cases et des numéros dedans dans différents calques (28 au total). C'est une broderie et je mets des numéros pour les couleurs de fils.

Depuis hier je n'arrive plus à sauvegarder les numéros que je place sur les calques. J'utilise la font Myriad, celle que me donne Illustrator de base. Je n'utilise pas de font management car je ne sais pas ce que c'est Suitcase ou autre. Je n'avais toucher à aucun des réglages de base d'illustrator. Je trouvais que c'était lent pour travailler car j'utilise beaucoup la touche Option pour copier les numéros des fils plusieurs fois et je trouvais ça difficile alors j'ai redémarré Illustrator et je suis partie manger et lorsque j'ai rouvert le fichier sur  Illustrator j'ai constaté qu'il n'y avait plus le travail que j'avais fait dans la journée. J'ai pourtant sauvegarder et j'ai même sauvegarder sous avec un autre titre. J'ai désinstallé illustrator et réinstallé. Je sauvegarde sur mon ordinateur et sur Icloud. 

J'ai essayé de sauvegarder sur le cloud de Adobe et ça à l'air de conserver les écritures.

Je vais contacter Adobe mais je dois finir ce travail ce week end donc je suis très embêtée.

Que puis-je vous dire de plus ? Ce sont des heures de travail à refaire et je suis très ennuyée.
