Bonjour,
J’ai un petit souci : du jour au lendemain, Illustrator me demande dans quelle version je veux enregistrer mes fichiers. Pourtant, j’ai la dernière version installée.
J’ai déjà désinstallé et réinstallé Illustrator trois fois, mais rien ne change. J’ai aussi essayé avec deux comptes différents et sur deux ordinateurs différents, et le problème persiste.
Je ne comprends pas comment faire pour qu’il enregistre correctement sans me demander à chaque fois dans quelle version enregistrer.

@perrine_3653 Illustrator has offered version-saving options since early releases (since Illustrator 3.0 (1990), and the reason it prompts you to choose a version when saving is to ensure compatibility with older versions of the software. Not everyone has the latest Illustrator, so Adobe gives you the option to save in a format that others can open. However, the prompt itself can be disabled in preferences if you always want to save in the latest version without being asked. So yes, the behavior is intentional and rooted in compatibility — but it’s also customizable.

Try this: go to your Illustrator Preferences > File Handling & Clipboard, and under “File Saving Options,” check if “Always Save As” is selected — if so, uncheck it. Also, make sure you’re saving in the native .AI format and not exporting or using Save As with other formats like PDF or EPS, which may trigger the version prompt. If the issue persists, it could be a corrupted preferences file — resetting Illustrator preferences might help.

I still do not know where to locate the Always Save As option that creative explorer mentioned. Probably it is only available in an Illustrator version that I'm unable to access at the moment.

Also, I do not know what you mean by "I don't DSL them".

Can you clarify it?

bonjour j'ai tout essaye rien ne change de plus dans illustrator j'ai n'est pas option d'enregistrement de fichier donc je ne c'est pas j'ai les destinstaler  4 fois refait tout de A a Z rien n'a changer je ne comprend pas
