My illustrator app is crashing on the launch, showing error 12003
"that it's likely on Adobe side and bla bla bla"
how do I fix this issue and how can contact Adobe support?
I tried to go through live chat and request to speak with agent, I get a response "our agents available at open hours" and that's it. No matter if I contact them during working hours or not.

Your error number is not in it. Are you sure it's not a typo?

Also having this issue. Using an old macbook I haven't opened in awhile and can't get illustrator to stay open for more than a second before getting this error.

same problem here. I Have updated my Mac from Ventura to Sonoma + Adobe applications from 2024 to 2025 and no more possible to run my apps with same error message.
