Hola, al insertar una imagen a ilustrador me aparece un error (me pasa con todas las imágenes): no es posible leer el archivo. Me ayudan por favor. Instalé de nuevo el programa y no funciona

Can you tell us how you insert the image (are you doing a File>Place and is it embedded or linked? What kind of image are you using? Need a little more information to help you.

What is the error you are receiving? What are the specification and file format of the image? Try .PSD format 8 bit.

Sorry to hear about that. In addition to Mike's suggestion, please open the image file in Photoshop, export it as PNG, and then place/ open it in Illustrator.
