Error con lápiz

Mi Illustrator siempre ha funcionado bien pero últimamente se está trabando el programa cuando utilizo la herramienta Lápiz. No se guarda el trabajo y deja de responder el programa. Gracias a quien responda

Did you already reboot the computer and reset the preferences (this will erase all your settings)?

Does it work in Safe Mode?
