Error Editing Logo for my website

When i open the illustator app on my pc and make a logo it run quite slowly and some time it crashes again and again aur when i put logo on my Toto Position (link removed by moderator) website it automatically converty into blurred screen 
How to solved the issue ?

Sorry to hear about the crashing. I would request you try resetting Illustrator's preferences by following the steps shared in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/troubleshoot-preference-issues.html) and sharing your observations.
Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with the defaults. You may take a backup of these settings from the location mentioned in the article.

Did you just update/install? Seems like a lot of issues with latest released update.

Are you previewing the logo before you upload, in what format is it?

When you say "it automatically convert into blurred screen" - what's doing the conversion, your website? That's an issue you need to take up with the host.
