Error loading plugin while launching Illustrator 25.2.3 on Windows 10

Hello community, good afternoon;
I installed the app from Adobe Creative Cloud, everything normal.
when I try to start Illustrator 2021, I get the following error

I am unfamiliar with the term, I hav recently started using illustrator.

I just dowloaded the Adobe Criative Cloud app, and within it I did the
Adobe Illustrator installation procedure.



*Are you working on M1/Apple silicon machine?*

No, I'm working on an Acer Nitro 5

.................

I tried to perform the procedure in the article, but the mentioned
application does not appear (Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable
(2012-2017) print attachmet of the versions that appear.

I don't know if you can see it, this machine came with Linux OS (Endless) I
performed a format an installed W10.

Hi there,

 

Thank you for sharing the information. I'd recommend using Creative Cloud cleaner tool to remove the existing Adobe app installation & reinstall once done. Let us know if it helps.

Hi, same problem on a mac Dxf Dwg File Format.aip error, no third party plugins,  Illustrator version 25.2.3 for mac OS latest mojave. your solution is not working and my work has been compromised by this plug in failure. Please do something!!!!
