Error Loading Plugins while lauching illustrator 26.0.2

Hi, 

We have recently updated the illustrator version 26.0.2 and compiled our plugin.

The plugin works fine on the development environment which has Visual Studio 2019 installed.

But the same plugin does not work on other computer without Visual Studio.

When we launch the illustrator, it displays, "Error loading plugins, xxxxxx.aip".

We have installed all the required VC++ redistributables and Windows 8.1 SDK as suggested on the forum.

But hardly no luck. Please help us to resolve this issue.
