Hello, All.
I am currently working with an end-user that is experiencing errors on a new Surface Pro 8. Previously the user was working on an Apple Macbook Pro MF843LL/A with basic hardware with no issues. Currently, we are experiencing issues with the Program not responding when opening projects, and creating a new projects mainly. When other programs are open and Illustrator is launched it stops responding for a brief moment as well. We had initially thought this was due to the RAM only having 8GB allocated, but helpx.adobe indicates 8GB of Allocated RAM is enough to run the program. Even though 16GB is recommended 8GB is still a supported amount of Memory. Are there any recommendations on settings I can change to lighten the utilization of Hardware?
Software: Adobe Illustrator (Creative Cloud)
Version 27.3.1
Computer/Specs: Surface 8 Pro
RAM:8GB RAM
CPU: Quad Core i5-1135G7 (64-Bit Compatible)
GPU: Integrated- Intel Iris Xe
Network Connection: Wireless/LAN
OS: Windows 11 Pro 22H2 with the Latest Surface Drivers installed
Storage: SSD 256GB

8 GB of RAM is just not enough for complex artwork. It's sufficient for launching Illustrator at all.
