Errors when Illustrator starts

Hi.

 

I'm getting an error about plug-ins, when I start Illustrator.

(see attached pictures)

When I start I first get the error about a plug-in and the get 2 more "unknown" errors, and then Illustrator actually starts up and is useable.

I've tried every surgested fix, including a clean install, using the Adobe cleaning tool, removing ALL Adobe programs.
