every time i try to save illustrator crash

2 weeks still have the same problem when i try to save ai file it crash & i sent to you acrach report but still the same problem
now i have to use acracked version of illustrator so i can complete my work despite of  i have a license for all adobe programs

If it's saving with your cracked version, but not saving through the legal version, please use https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
Remove ALL of your Illustrator software, including the cracked version. Then restart your computer and reinstall the legal version and try again. you may have to log out and into the Creative cloud, in between (recommended).

NOBODY here will help you work with a cracked version.
