Everything resets itself when I open a new document

Hello:)

I've had this for a while now honestly and still couldn't find a way around it except making endless copies of one document.

No matter what I do eveything resets itself. If I create a custom workspace and save it it will not be visible in any new document, same with colors, the library, general setting etc. Everything I change is only for one document and I can't even copy it to another to make it easier.

Is still simply an issue of where this info is safed?

I would be grateful for any help:)

You can save it intop a template or a New Document profile and then it will be in every new document that is based on that template or New document profile
