Export 3D object has stopped working

I have been using Illustrator 27.8 for weeks now on a 3D project. Extruding shapes so i can build models in Dimensions. Today though my Export 3D object button (At the bottom of the 3D & materials) has stopped working. The shapes i am creating are simple & have been exporting to .obj for weeks but as of today i can not get anything to work. I have tried previous jobs which have worked & they can no longer be exported to object.

Hi, Thank you for the reply & appologies for the delay as i had a day off. Came back to it today & it was still playing up but i randomly selected Render as vector which didn't do anything unexpected but i restarted yet again & then the Export 3D object button was selectable again & all working ok at last. Really unsure what has fixed it other than multile restarts & leaving it alone for a day but attached are the screenshots of the appearance panel & the Render as vector i selected right before the restart which seems to have fixed the bug/issue.

Nothing unusual in the appearance panel, so I would assume it just got hung up. Sometimes multiple reboots are necessary.
