Export for screen - not saving my settings

First of all, I'm using Illustrator 2022, here's my problem: The settings I output in the export for screen section reset every time I close and open the program, I only experience this problem in 2021 and 2022, the outputs I received here in 2020 and earlier remain registered in other files. How do I figure this out?

Sorry to hear about this experience. This has been reported by several users and our engineering team is currently looking into it. I would request you to upvote this UserVoice (https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447-illustrator-desktop-bugs/suggestions/44213187-fix-ex...) so as to get updates on this. This will also help us prioritize this and get it fixed soon.
