Export PostScript from illustrator

Hi everybody.

The illustrator crashes from time to time (not all the time) when I export file to postscript (ps).
Ive update my MAC to latest OS system and also updated my Adobe illustrator to the newest version.

Also ive tried many other Ideas such as Formating my computer, installing old version of illustrator, cleaning tmp files and fix memory problems but all this doesn't work for me. 

please help me
I have OS sonoma 14.6

What kind of files are they? Very complex files with transparency?

 

Is there no other option than saving .ps? PDF does not work for you?

I simply take pdf file , raster it, and save it again is ps (file- print- postscript)

You rasterize them and then save to PostScript? 

What advantage is that compared to a PDF?

yes.

Im working at factory and thats what they ask for me.
as i mentioned it isn't happened all time. every 5 or 6 times it crashed

There is no export to PostScript, so please explain what you are exactly doing.
