Exported files “unable to be found or deleted”

Hello,

Currently working in illustrator, and trying to export a design I've been working on as a JPEG or PNG.

It seems to export fine in the program, but when I go to open it in documents, it says the explorted file was "renamed or deleted."

I have done this in the past with this particular file without issue. I didn't start having this issue until I updated to the latest version of AI.

I'm very lost and have no idea how to resolve the issue. Please let me know! Thanks.

Hello,

It turned out to be a very simple fix! I had my primary document saved to the cloud, which I why I wasn't able to import it to my library. Re-saving the document back to my PC's storage solved the issue immediately. (:

Hadn't worked with the library before so it threw me off.

Thanks for your help!

Is there an update available for Windows 11?

Does Illustrator have full disk access and is allowed to write in that folder?

Does it work when you export to a different location?
